Curriculum (I to VIII)
General education in all subjects i.e. English, Hindi, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies /E.V.S / General Knowledge, Moral Science, Art and Craft, Computers and Sanskrit (6-8) are provided. Besides academic courses, the students are encouraged to take part in all schoool activities like drama, music, debate, competitions etc. organized for students to create a feeling of self-confidence and responsibility in each and every student.
Withdrawal & Expulsion
A month’s notice is required before withdrawing a student from the school.
No school leaving certificate will be issued unless requested in writing by the parent and the dues are cleared.
The Principal reserves the right to take disciplinary action against the students, whose attendance is irregular, who do not pay their fees, who are habitually absent, lazy, dishonest or disobedient, who fail to make satisfactory progress in their studies or whose conduct in any way is detrimental to the discipline of the institution; of immorality, or whose sickness is liable to be injurious to other students.
After taking admission in any class, if a student absents for 10 continuous days without prior permission, the name will be struck off the rolls.
In case of withdrawal of the candidate in the middle of the academic Year, the school fee will not be refunded. The ward has to pay the whole Term Fee.
Evaluation & Promotion
There will be 2 term examinations in an academic year, Half Yearly and Annual Examinations, each accompanied by 2 Unit Tests of 10 marks each plus Term Examinations of 80 Marks each.
Children absent in any examination will not be re-examined.
Promotion will be considered if a student has appeared in all the exams and tests and has an average of not below 40% and minimum attendance 80%.
Pupils whose fees are long overdue may be barred from sitting in the examination and are liable to have their names struck off the rolls.
The decision of the school authorities with regard to promotion will be FINAL.
Attendance, Absence & Re-admission Fee
The name of student who is absent for more than 10 days without leave application shall be struck off. On re-admission, an admission fee of Rs. 1,500/- will be charged.
Every student must be present on the closing and reopening day of the vacation.
It is advisable to ensure that a student is not disturbed during the examination days and is not asked to attend family function.
No student can leave the college premises during school hours without written permission of the Principal, which may be granted under exceptional circumstances, based on written request by the parents.
The Principal has the right to suspend a student. The Principal may also ask the parents/guardians to withdraw their ward from the school if his/her conduct or educational progress is not satisfactory.
All entries of absence, late coming or half-day leave should be made in the diary and not on a sheet of paper unless it is more than 3 days.
